Pat Dudley-Gregory, BFRP, LMT MA82215, With the support of plants as nutrition and as healing companions, Pat offers a highly individualized experience. Utilizing massage therapy as the basis for treatment, you will feel better, you will learn a lot and have the stuffing pampered out of you. Completing her training as a Practitioner in England at the Bach Centre, Pat also offers classes and individual consultations for effective use of Dr. Bach's flower essences. After three decades of training, from a myriad of sources, Pat's passion for educating, networking and improving health has led her to the creation of Bodywork and Bach. As owner, it is her goal to create a fun, healthy environment where everyone can learn something new each time they come. |

Jodi Lawson, LMT MA30339, a licensed massage therapist since 1999, is offering CranioSacral therapy and relaxation massage at Bodywork and Bach. In a nutshell, CranioSacral Therapy (CST) is a gentle, hands-on approach that releases tensions deep in the body to relieve pain and dysfunction and improve whole-body health and performance. It was pioneered and developed by Osteopathic Physician John E. Upledger after years of clinical testing and research at Michigan State University where he served as professor of bio-mechanics.

Cassie Turner, certified Piyo instructor and a group fitness instructor for five years follows her passion for getting people healthy and fit. When she's not teaching classes, she is a full-time motivational accountability coach working with people individually on their specific goals. Cassie's main focus is to help people love themselves enough to live a healthy lifestyle. Health comes from within so she devotes her life to promoting wellness through exercise and nutrition. |

Nicole Kraeft is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200) with Yoga Alliance. She discovered yoga in 2009 and fell in love instantly. Last year she completed her 200 hour teacher training program covering hot, ashtanga, yin and vinyasa flow yoga styles at Many Rivers in Tallahassee. Her teaching is influenced by this, as well as her personal practice and her years nomadic t travels where she participated in workshops in crystal healing, the chakra system and guided meditation. She looks forward to sharing many healing modalities with her students.
Nicole was born and raised in Tallahassee, yet spent time in Havana and always longed to live in such a beautiful place. After her travels she was finally able to move to this lovely area and is so excited to be part of this wonderful community.
