At Bodywork and Bach we have several options for massage.  In honor of our local natives, choose the tree that serves your needs.

Magnolia
Pat's signature massage includes reflexology, a pair of custom selected essential oils and hydrotherapy all woven into a full body massage.   Additional essential oils can be added for a fee.  Sixty, 75 and 90 minutes appointments available at a dollar a minute.

Knotty Pine
This is Bodywork and Bach's version of deep tissue massage.  Jill has many tools to help unwind those knots and trouble areas that might require some focused therapy in addition to your massage.  Sixty, 75 and 90 minutes appointments available at a dollar a minute.

Live Oak
When all you want is some relief from working at your desk too long or when a day of yard work has taken it's toll, a 30 minute back, neck and shoulder massage can soothe those over-worked muscles.  $35/30 minutes

Cypress
We have an adjunct therapist that specializes in CranioSacral therapy.  She is trained in the gentle manipulation of the flow of fluid between your head (brain) and along your spine.  Smoothly flowing fluid equals a sense of well-being and improved health.  Jodi is offering two appointments a week on Wednesday afternoons.  One at 3 pm and the other at 4:30 pm.  You can call to book or book online. These appointments are 60 minutes and cost $70.

Willow
Feeling a need to bend and move more easily?  Drift off to your happy place while we unwind the knots, stretch your muscles and set you up to walk out of the treatment room on a bank of clouds.  This is the ultimate in relaxation massage.  Sixty, 75 and 90 minutes appointments available at a dollar a minute.

Dogwood
Are your dogs barking?  Want to try something a little different?  Why not give Reflexology a try.  It can be a 20, 30 or 60 minute treatment.  The addition of hydrotherapy and essential oils for $10 is our pleasure.

Mangrove​

If you are experiencing a chronic issue or receive regular massage as a means of stress reduction we offer a Healthcare series.  This series is for five - one hour massages for $250.  We prefer that you schedule and pay for the five massages on the day of purchase.  The five massages need to be used within two months time.

Sapling

If you have never booked with the studio, please let me introduce you to our services. Massage oil or cream is used with smooth, gliding strokes. Swedish massage uses firm but gentle pressure to promote relaxation, ease muscle tension and create other health benefits. It is a classic massage that will ease your stress and allow you to slip into a calm state of relaxation.  This massage is an hour long and at a reduced price of $45.
